Army-Surplus.com appreciates the opportunity to be of service to all our customers. We ship merchandise USPS Priority mail. If a large order is very heavy and outside the shipping charges listed, we will only charge you the EXACT shipping cost and NO MORE. We realize that you want your order as quickly as possible and this policy has worked well for us and our customers. The added shipping charge may show up as a separate charge on your credit card statement. This lets us pack and ship your order as quickly as possible! *THERE MAY BE HIGHER USPS SHIPPING CHARGES TO GUAM, PUERTO RICO & HAWAII THAN LISTED IF THE PACKAGE IS OVER 3 LBS. THE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED ACCORDING TO THE PACKAGE WEIGHT.* Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you must return your purchase, please call or Email us with your problem. If an exchange can be made, we will replace it with another size, color, etc. plus shipping charges. Refunds will be made for the price of the merchandise, less a 20% restocking charge and any shipping costs, if there is no other option. You MUST obtain an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER first before any adjustment can be granted. All refunds are in the form of COMPANY CHECK. WE DO NOT CREDIT BACK TO YOUR CHARGE CARD! Allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. Request for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, No Exceptions! Army Surplus of Colorado does NOT give, sell or publish names, addresses, Email addresses, or any other information provided by our customers. We believe in your privacy and you can be confident that we will keep it that way.

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns

Exchanges

If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. If we made a mistake in the size/color, etc., we will pay the shipping costs. If the incorrect size/color was ordered, you are responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. No exchanges will be granted after 30 days. All merchandise will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Returns

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. FIRST, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This is how we track your returned package! All returns must be sent to us from the original ship-to address. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges unless we sent you the incorrect merchandise. Please read all merchandise descriptions carefully. Refunds must be requested within 30 days. All merchandise will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. PROTECTIVE/GAS MASKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!

Incorrect Orders

If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. Alternate sizes on used clothing items DO NOT constitute a wrong item sent. Please note that used items are limited in quantity and sell very quickly. Updating the web site is done as quickly as possible to avoid confusion in orders and receiving alternate sizes.
